LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO GET MARRIED IN FRANCE

The legislation in France for a civil ceremony requires that one of the would-be spouses has lived in France for more than 40 days immediately prior to the wedding.

However, we can still organize a symbolic wedding ceremony, but without a civil validity.

It will have the advantage to be celebrated in the venue of your choice, whether in a private villa by the sea, or in a beautiful and bloomed terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

Finally, we would be happy to assist you with a religious blessing, whatever your religion is. A religious ceremony requires that the would-be spouses are already legally married.

The ceremony preparation should be done in your home country before coming to France, and contact should be established with the French celebrant.
